Central Hydraulics was founded in 1986 and has been Central Minnesota’s most complete hydraulic and pneumatic sales and service center for over 30 years. We are a local family owned and operated business known throughout the area for high quality workmanship and components. We offer a variety of repair solutions for all types of hydraulics.

We are a fast-paced company looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Knowledge, pumps motors, valves, PTOs, and hydraulic hose repair is a very important part of this job.

Responsibilities

· Answer a multi-line telephone

· Greet and communicate with customers

· Handle all inbound and outbound packages

· Maintain Store Inventory (order, receive, and restock freight)

· Create invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and quotes

· Identify components to be repaired by manufacture specification

· Diagnose problems and give recommendations for repairs

· Occasionally responsible to open or close store

· Hydraulic Hose repair

· General Cleaning

Qualifications

The qualified individual will have the following skills and experience:

· Minimum H.S. diploma/G.E.D.

· 2-year fluid power associates degree or formal training in related field or a suitable combination of related training/work experience.

· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

· Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate based on experience

90 Day Probationary Period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
